Currently, it is the callsign of the New River Valley Radio Club, Inc. \u00a0This callsign was previously held by fellow ACARC club member Harry A. Mills, Jr. \u00a0(ex-KK4X) and by his father Harry A. Mills, Sr., the co-founder of the <a title=\"W4FD\/W4ATE CCD Antenna\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ccdantennas.com\/ccd\/docs\/something_new.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Controlled-Current Distribution Antenna<\/a>.  Both were engineers and high speed CW operators.
